A healthy and tasty chocolate cake for special events and on cold days.

For the mass:

1 1/2 cups #oat

1 1/2 cups of #almond flour

6 tablespoons extra virgin #coco oil

6 tablespoons thick maple syrup or honey

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon of baking powder or baking soda

150 grams of dark #chocolate

For the filling:

500 gr of coconut cream

600 gr 72% dark chocolate

1- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Spread virgin coconut oil on the pan that will be used for the cake.

2- For the dough: in a small bowl put the coconut oil, the honey (in this case it is what it had) and the 150 grams of chocolate previously dissolved in a double boiler, mix well.

Add in a large blowl: the almond flour, the oats, the salt, the baking powder or bicarbonate and the cinnamon, mix and gradually add the liquid chocolate from point 1, until making a compact dough and they will put it in the lunch box.

3- They have to press the dough hard into the bottom of the pan, until the edges do not rise and create the perfect bed that will later receive the filling. Cook this dough for 20 minutes. For the first 10 minutes, put legumes, almonds, something that weighs uniformly on top of the dough and then stir it and finish cooking the dough for another 10 minutes. Then wait for it to cool down.

4- Meanwhile the dough cools, you can prepare the filling. In a frying pan, heat the coconut cream and slowly add the chocolate, turning gently with a silicone spatula, from the center towards the periphery. Wait for it to cool and place the chocolate in the previously cooked dough. Let it cool down and put the cake in the refrigerator for 2 hours. It is ready to enjoy it!
