Free Online Meditation and Pranayama Classes

In these times of chaos there is a need to train the mind to tranquility, Pranayama is an essential tool to be able to experience meditation.

This is the motivation that led me to offer the free classes, with the purpose that as many people as possible can access tools to develop a calm mind and lower the level of anxiety in their daily lives.

I am also proposing online yoga classes with a single subscription so that no one loses the continuity of the practice. A single pass is a cheap package of unlimited classes. To join the groups
